Setting for date of birth ,is so wrong , im 57 have to go thru every year to get back to 1964 this sucks

I don't understand the reps and they don't let me talk after Givin me the disclosure and I keep letting them know why I'm calling ask them questions and they still ask the same questions then I can't login on line. Can't tell me if they received my fax and then I can't talk to a supervisor or manager this place is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with so I'm going to wait for them to call me

Update demanded...but will not apply the update. Cannot use the app without the update...so I'm disappointed!! Why the update...it was already perfect!!!
If you can't access the website downloading this app won't fix it either. Really regret switching to electronic statements now that I can't access my account through their website or app. Isuzu isn't great either but at least I can access statements and get payoff information.
